Arriving to a ready house: our pre-arrival routine
Heating on, beds made, fridge stocked, boat charged — the pre-arrival routine we run for second homes in Poole and Sandbanks, so your weekend starts the moment you arrive.
The measure of a well-managed second home is the first five minutes. If the heating is on, the beds are made and there is milk in the fridge, the weekend has already started. If not, you are running errands in a place you came to enjoy.
Forty-eight hours before
We confirm your arrival, set the heating, air the rooms, and run the taps. Cleaners make the beds with fresh linen; the shopping list you sent on Tuesday is bought and put away on Thursday.
The morning you arrive
A final walk-through: lights, bins, post on the side, and the boat on charge at the pontoon if the forecast looks promising. If you are bringing the car down, it has already been run up and is ready to use.
